Visitors are welcome to browse the site as a local, insiders’ guide to the city, which complicates the sanitized ‘best place on earth’ version officially presented by the Vancouver Organizing Committee during the 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
The project seeks to offer varying and contrasting viewpoints of the city during a high profile mega-event to show the social and therefore contested construction of space.
